Connect the camera to the computer 1. Open LCD panel and plug in USB cord to camera and the computer. 2. Click ‘USB Connect’ on the camera LCD screen.
Saving your video clips to your computer 1. Open My Computer and double-click on the Removable Disk icon. A window should appear that displays the contents of your camera. 2. Double-click the ‘MP Root’ folder. Choose the "DCIM" folder only if you are looking for pictures. 3. Double-click the next folder. This folder should contain your movie files. 4. Copy and paste the files you wish to save into your Home folder.
Watching your video on the computer Double-click on the movie clip you would like to watch. It should open and play in Windows Media Player.
Editing video You can use Windows MovieMaker or Jaycut online to edit your video. To burn a DVD at school, open Windows DVD Maker. You will need a DVD, and they are available for purchase in the media center for $1.
